As one of Toowoomba’s most experienced construction safety professionals, Gary eagerly heads the NRG-ONE’s Safety and Environmental Team with extensive knowledge of the systems and processes that conform to the relevant standards and legislative requirements of the sectors in which the team works within.

With an expansive career in HSQE, Gary’s experience spans more than 40 years. He is committed to ensuring a safe and productive work environment for all NRG-ONE sites and frequently identifies opportunities within the company’s divisions to improve both safety management and culture.

Gary has managed staff rehabilitation for his teams with no recorded lost injury time in more than 15 years. He plays a pivotal role in ensuring the project safety plan, environmental management plan, and relevant safety documents are provided on each project, as well as conducting regular site audits to ensure compliance with the Safety and Environmental Plans and to implement appropriate remedial action as required.
